The wild copse sways
Gently to-and-fro—peaceful
How I long to be

Incognito
Feeling… incognito,
(more…)
clandestino,
superficial frienderino
On the surface,
they can’t hurt us
Get to know a figurino
I’ll be distant,
from the instant
I keep myself escondido
Open up,
why test our luck
Leaving us despondentino
Make a scene-o,
yell and screamo
Consequences unforseeno
Been here before,
should know bettour
Comunidad… no necesito
Shut it down,
move to a new town,
And start the cycle overino
What you might adore,
myself, I foreswore
I reject you, for fear you’ll do mio -

Penumbra
To lie in the shade
(more…)
To be on the ground
To fly in the sky
To float through the clouds
To swim in the tide
To run with the breeze
To taste the fresh air
To crawl on your knees
To hear what’s not there
To see the unseen
To reclaim the truth,
from false fantasy
Ether is waiting,
the space in between
the light and the dark,
for you and for me -

Crumbling Balustrades
Balustrades weaken, over time
(more…)
No longer support you
Be careful where you lean
A slip,
a fall,
hear the call
Spiral,
twirl,
see the world
Weightless,
spaces in between
thoughts and dreams
Here, I am real
Here, we are one
All we know is dust and shadow
Close your eyes to see
I’ll be there
